Utility Hook-ups

As part of the settling in service, Ocean Relocation Consultants will arrange for all the utility hook-ups and connections. Once we have a signed rental contract, with your passport details and mobile number, we will arrange for the transfer and payment of the utility accounts covering electricity, water, gas, municipal taxes, building maintenance, internet and cable T.V.

Utility bills are paid bi-monthly. The first bills are calculated according to the meter readings taken on the commencement day of the rental contract.
