Tenants are required to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of apartment.

Always switch off A/C units when leaving the apartment.

Do not use washing machine, dish washer or dryer when not at home.

Check that all windows are closed.

Hot water boilers should not be switched on for longer than 2 hours.

Keep a spare key with a friend or neighbor.

Do not leave uncovered food on counters – this attracts ants and other insects.

Make sure all electrical appliances and lights are off (except for the fridge).

Take out 3rd party insurance.

Remove all refuse, perishables, food stuffs and chattels when vacating the apartment.
