Light Bulbs
During tenancy, you are responsible for replacing any burnt out light bulbs with a similar bulb. Spot/Led light; electricity saving; regular screw cap fitting; fluorescent.
Before purchasing, make sure you have bought the correct wattage. Using a higher wattage could result in power failure.
Make sure to turn of light switch when removing or replacing the bulb.
Tip: take the burnt bulb with you to ensure the exact replacement.
