Internet and Cable TV

There are a number of internet and Cable providers. We can help by providing an updated listing of internet options, both with and without Cable. Once you have chosen a package, we will work with you to arrange for installation by the technician. There will be an installation fee as well as a monthly charge.

No Picture Or Poor Quality – Check The Following:

• • Make sure the cable box is on.
  • From the T.V. remote or the T.V. itself, press the MENU button and scroll through the settings until the proper setting is located.
  • “Snow” could be nearby interference or a temporary broadcast problem. Check other channels.
  • Speckled bands across the picture could be related to external interference or a heavy duty appliance running. Turn off appliance and switch channels.
  • Straight or wavy lines diagonally in the picture, may be related to external interference.
  • “Ghosting” or double images is caused by signal interference, adjust fine tuning.
  • Picture rolling vertically, adjust vertical hold control.
  • Picture pulls horizontally, adjust the horizontal hold control slowly.
  • Picture too large or too small – for screen vertically or horizontally check T.V. settings.

Communication Troubleshooting Guide – Internet

If you encounter temporary loss or slow service:

• • Unplug power cord from Modem
  • Wait 60 seconds
  • Plug power cord back into Modem (lights will begin to turn on in order)
  • Check light for power downstream, upstream, and online and/or telephone
  • Click internet browser –this may take a few minutes
  • Once online, open internet browser to verify connection
