Check-in Information

Each residence undergoes a Quality Check and Inspection prior to your move-in to ensure everything is in good working condition. Please follow the steps below to ensure a successful and smooth transition.

Step 1

During tenancy, you are responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of your new home. Upon departure you are requested to leave it in the same condition as received.

Step 2

In Israel, as in most countries around the world, the tenant is responsible for insuring his personal belongings. We advise you to take out 3rd party insurance covering mishaps and injury. We can assist with this via one of our trusted agents.

Step 3

Your designated consultant will provide you with the particulars and details of the property, explain the workings of the electrical appliances, etc.
